The Corridor PPC White Label Process

Agreement

Once you're ready to start working with our team, we will ask you to sign our "Terms & Conditions" agreement. As part of this agreement, we will outline our pricing, our working relationship, our responsibilities, and our liabilities.

 

Unless otherwise specified, this will be a month-to-month agreement with a 30-day cancellation notice. We will send this agreement via Wix so both parties will have a copy of the executed agreement.

Connecting Accounts

Our Master Accounts Manager will connect with your Agency Accounts Manager once our agreement is signed, so we can manage the accounts assigned to us in your Google & Meta Ads account. If you don't already have one, our experts can help you set up an Agency Account. In addition, our team is always happy to assist you with connecting any accounts that you would like us to manage. However, your agency will be responsible for client communications, where needed, as well as installing proper conversion tracking codes (provided by Corridor Consulting) on their websites.

Onboarding & Kickoff

After connecting our accounts, it's time to discuss the specifics of each account. To help our team better understand each client's goals, we have a "New Client Questionnaire." We will also analyze each account's performance and find ways to improve it immediately. 


Once we've reviewed your clients' accounts and completed the client questionnaire(s), we'll schedule a kickoff call. In that call, we will discuss each client's account during this call so everyone is on the same page regarding their goals. Upon agreement, we will begin managing your PPC campaigns.

Ongoing Maintenance

Our Google Ads team analyses and optimizes your accounts by using Google Ads API, SpyFu, and other tools, but when it comes to Digital Ads management, you need human PPC managers who can think critically. To make sure your clients' campaigns are effective and profitable, we have a team of PPC managers on staff as well as dedicated Google Support Representatives. 

Reporting

You will have 24/7 access to your Account Dashboard, which will show each PPC accounts’ performance. You will also receive a monthly Account Performance Report on the 1st of the month detailing the previous month’s performance. These reports are fairly customizable, so just let us know what metrics are the most important to show your client. 


Your account manager will also send you a “Monthly PPC Account Update”. This monthly email will briefly talk through the account’s performance, changes, as needed.

Communication

In general, White Label partners work in the background and do not interact directly with clients. Our ability to provide wholesale pricing is due to our tag teaming with the agency, but there are exceptions. The agency communicates with the end client, while we handle the nuts and bolts of the account. 

If a client has any questions regarding their campaign that you can’t answer, we generally tell agencies to say “that is a good question, I’ll get with our PPC team and get back to you”

Billing

Our goal is for a long-term partnership with our agencies, while being flexible to adapt to your clients' needs. We will keep a credit card on file and it will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, with an individual charge per client account.

Client's may cancel their campaign with 30 days notice and any remaining days will be billed at the daily rate. If you prefer to send a check or ACH, we can make arrangements for that as well.
