The Challenge

As a Johnston County, North Carolina native, Teresa Byrd is an experienced and seasoned real estate agent in the growing region. Providing clients with high attention to detail, timely communication, and easy-to-understand contracts, Teresa specializes in new construction homes, representing local builders and promoting their products. However, she wasn't getting the reach she needed for new communities she represented on social media, so she turned to Corridor Consulting Company to leverage our digital advertising and social media expertise.

The Corridor Solution

In conjunction with Teresa's Meta Business page on Facebook, Corridor Consulting created a new home base for her social media content. To help her fully reach her desired audience, we wanted to create a space for communication and information for prospective home buyers. In addition, in order to generate more awareness about Teresa Byrd's products and services, we devised a Meta Social Campaign to increase her follower base. By investing in this campaign and creating an organic social media strategy, we ensured that a broader audience saw the social content, resulting in an increase of 181.5% in engagement in just three months.

Social Campaign

Corridor Consulting Company created a campaign on Meta to distribute across Facebook to attract new followers. In this campaign, we created four ad creatives to test which graphics and copy performed best. We also continually refreshed this ongoing campaign every six months to prevent viewer fatigue. This allowed us to continually introduce Teresa Byrd's services to new audiences.

Social Media Management

Teresa opted for the Social Lite Plan to schedule four posts per week, which included live and shared posts from her agency's Facebook Page. While consistently growing Teresa's social media following, we were able to keep followers engaged with local housing statistics, fun things to do in Johnston County, and home design trends. All of these types of content were aimed at potential buyers in the area, bolstering her organic reach.
